Stew/Deck 33m Private MY- US, Caribbean, Mexico

Are you an experienced Stew/Deck available for a 20th March start in the US?

Joining an entirely fresh/new crew this yacht will run with 2 in the exterior

(other positions open Deck/Mate and Chief Stewardess-Vessel is Couple Friendly)

The yacht will run with a crew of 5 and will be used for strictly private use with a lovely family.

The stew/deck will work within an exterior and interior team of 2, taking lead from the deck/mate & chief stewardess

The successful candidate will work roughly 50:50 in the deck/interior and will have the opportunity to build up experience in both departments

The yacht is very family friendly and the stew/deck should be excellent with kids and be confident in supporting the interior/exterior heads and taking lead in their absence

The stew/deck will be required to undertake day/night watches with the deck/mate so should have some prior bridge experience and basic knowledge of ‘the rules of the road’

The stew/deck will have the opportunity to learn to drive large tenders (30’+)

As the kids love watersports, the Stew/deck must be very confident in the water and have a sound level of water safety awareness.

Prior experience within the interior should include some service, housekeeping and be ok assisting with laundry

The yacht will maintain a home base in Miami but with a strong likelihood the yacht will travel Mexico for the coming summer season

The yacht will consider candidates worldwide however will prioritise those with a B1/B2 visa
