Deck/Mate 33m Private MY- US, Caribbean, Mexico

Are you an experienced Deckhand available for a 20th March start in the US?

Joining an entirely fresh/new crew this yacht will run with 2 in the exterior

(other positions open stew/deck and Chief Stewardess-Vessel is Couple Friendly)

• Stewardess/Deckhand who will share interior & deck duties 50:50
• Chief Stewardess

The yacht will run with a crew of 5 and will be used for strictly private use with a lovely family.

The yacht is very family friendly and the deckhand should be excellent with kids and be confident in taking ownership of the complete exterior function

The deck/mate will be required to undertake solo day/night watches so should have some prior bridge experience and have working knowledge of ‘the rules of the road’

Should also be confident driving large tenders (30’+) in most weather conditions

The deck/mate will be acting 2nd to the captain and should be looking for a leadership role

As the kids love watersports, the deck/mate must be very confident in the water and have a sound level of water safety awareness

Engineering knowledge is a big plus but not necessary, candidate’s willingness to learn from the captain and further their engineering knowledge would be ample

The yacht will maintain a home base in Miami but with a strong likelihood the yacht will travel Mexico for the coming summer season

The yacht will consider candidates worldwide however will prioritise those with a B1/B2 visa
