Intern wanted to help the Marinescence team

Marinescence agency:

Marinescence is recruitment agency specialized in finding leading players for the yachting industry. The agency's strengths : consultants bred in the yachting industry, with perfect knowledge of the market and an operational approach to recruitment. Intervention place: France and International.

Duties and project:

• Database management (leads, follow-up...)
• Face to face interview with candidates
• References and certificates check
• Interview with capitains and owners to find their needs
• In collaboration with the recruitment team you will select and forward candidates

Desired profiles:

• We are looking for someone really enthusiastic and motivated ;
• Economy or HR Master I or II ;
• English and French speaking are mandatory ;
• You  need to have interpersonnal skills, interested by yachting industry, with an ease in internet world.
• You need to like teamwork, to be rigorous, perservering.
• Pack office knowledge.
