Estate Housekeeper – San Diego, CA – Permanent - Silver Swan

We are searching for a full-time housekeeper to work in a large estate in San Diego. This is a permanent position to begin ASAP. Unfortunately, we cannot sponsor visas for this position, so candidates must be US citizens or green card holders & based close to San Diego or willing to relocate.

You will be working in a large and experienced team. You will be working on a rotating shift pattern and will be required to work some weekends on a rotating schedule.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting and polishing
• Ensure all rooms in the home are cared for
• Protect equipment and make sure there are no inadequacies
• Check stocking levels of all consumables and replace when appropriate
• Be willing to prepare simple meals, if needed.

  The ideal candidate

• At least 2 years’ experience working in a private home, or working on yachts
• Excellent references.
• European style housekeeping background a plus.
• US citizen or green card holder
