On behalf of a large yacht management company we are looking to recruit a Department Administrator to join their team in the South of France.

The ideal candidate will have a strong administrative background or experience as a Personal Assistant as well as a some yacht experience and a solid understanding of the industry. A substantial understanding of word, excel and powerpoint are necessary as you will be responsible for general administrative duties and assisting a number of Interior Managers.

This is an office based role which requires Monday to Friday working hours and allows for weekends off.

Start Date: ASAP
Leave: 30 days + bank holidays
Salary: Competitive

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
