Bosun/2nd Engineer- 50m+ Private Yacht – Gold Coast Based

Calling all Bosuns who are looking to be based out of the Gold Coast.
An exciting opportunity has arisen on a 50m+ private yacht that is based out of the Gold Coast
The yacht will be used for private use only and will mostly look to cruise the east coast of Australia for very short periods before returning to its Gold Coast base.
The position would suit an experienced lead deckhand/bosun or 2nd engineer looking to do more time at home closer to friends and family
Candidates located within the region will be highly considered

The ideal candidate

• 2-3 seasons experience on deck
• STCW + Seafarer medical
• Can assist the chief engineer when required
• Can manage a small team, taking leadership of entire deck function
• Full work rights for Australia

Candidates local to the Gold Coast/Brisbane region will be highly considered (interview purposes)
While the Bosun/ 2nd Engineer must have full work rights for Australia the positions will be paid in US dollars

Start Dates- ASAP

Salary- $4000 US / Month
