Electrical Technical Officer (ROTATION)

  • 70m+ Motor Yacht

DmB Yachting group is currently recruiting an experienced ETO for a highly engineered & beautiful 70m+ charter motor yacht. The yacht operates at a very high standard and the emphasis is on everything running smoothly, high performance and teamwork. The yacht is currently in South East Asia.

Great Captain, Chief Engineer and crew on board and we're looking for a good ETO to join this drama-free team of professionals.

The role

The successful candidate will be working closely with a great Chief Engineer who has excellent longevity onboard and a keen willingness to teach.

You will form an integral part of the engineering team.

The ETO in addition to the mandatory qualifications will have excellent knowledge of;

  • Sound & TV systems
  • Kaleidoscope and Crestron
  • AV/IT problem-solving abilities
  • Understand Microsoft and Apple, all or most computers and programs and games and music, etc.
  • Strong computer/server skills
  • Bridge Electronics

The ideal candidate for this role will have;

  • In-Date/ Refreshed STCW
  • ENG 1 - No restrictions
  • Male or Female
  • Longevity in mind
  • Previous yachting experience
  • Worked on similar size yachts
  • Excellent references
  • Proven longevity

  • ROTATION, 10 weeks on, 10 weeks off
  • Salary is 7,250 euro p/m
