Yacht Captain / Property Manager - Sydney Eastern Suburbs location

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced small yacht captain looking to go land based in Sydney

The family will be purchasing a 20m yacht in the coming months that will be kept at a berth outside the residence

The general work week will be a mixture of managing the yacht and undertaking maintenance duties at the house 

The family only intend to use the yacht around 3 -4 weeks / year that will consist mostly of short day or overnight excursions around Sydney harbour and Pittwater region

The family have owned yachts and understand the cost involved with maintaining them.

The role will predominantly be Monday to Friday with some flexibility when the yacht is in use

The Ideal Candidate

• Small yacht captain time
• Experience in Sydney harbour & Pittwater
• Master 5 or Yacht master COC
• Sound engineering experience
• Very hands on and enjoys an active role
• Can do attitude and happy to help across the board
• Can undertake basic home maintenance tasks (painting, polishing, repairs)
• Manage contractors and small house projects
• Effectively manage other family assets , Cars ect
• Clean drivers’ licence
• Work rights for Australia
• Own accommodation in Sydney

Start Date- Flexible

Salary- On experience, up to $90,000 AUD / Year
