DmB Yachting group is currently recruiting an experienced solo engineer for a 37m private motor yacht. The yacht operates at a very high standard and the emphasis is on everything running smoothly, high performance and teamwork. The yacht is currently en route to the Caribbean, where it has a busy charter schedule - plenty of sea time and watch time with 4000kw MTU's

Great Captain and crew on board and we're looking for a good fit to join this drama-free team of professionals.

The role

The successful candidate will be working closely with a great Captain.
You will form an integral part of the team.

The ideal candidate for this role will have;

  • Previous yachting experience
  • Worked on large yachts as 2nd Engineer or solo engineer on similar size
  • Male - due to cabin arrangements
  • Excellent references
  • Proven longevity
  • Experience with MTU 4000
  • Good AV/IT Skills
  • Experience on a willingness to assist with tenders and watersports
  • Non-smoker
  • TEAM PLAYER
  • B1B2 (mandatory, unless US Citizen)
  • MEOL minimum certification with a strong engineering background
  • MTU Course (prefered)

The package

  • 3.3 days leave p/m
  • Salary is 5,000 p/m (euro)
