Female Head of Service, VVIP Residence, £40-£45K

Looking to transition to land based?  This is an excellent opportunity to obtain your first job in a private residence without have to take on an initial housekeeping position first.

We are seeking an experienced female (for cultural reasons) Head of Service to join the multinational team at this VVIP residence in Doha, Qatar.

As Head of Service you will be managing a small team of female Waitresses/Butlers, though the team numbers may grow over time. You will be leading and training the team to deliver the highest of service standards and ensure the right systems and procedures are in place.

The Head of Service will be liaising and working with the Head Chef and the Kitchen, creating systems to ensure the Family and guests are looked after to 5* standards. In addition, you will also be in charge of organizing, managing and running all functions and events.

Candidate Requirements:

• Good previous experience in high-end establishment
• Prefer professionally trained, but not essential if have good experience
• Ideally previous private residence/yacht or 5* hotel experience
• Proven ability to lead and train a team to high standards
• Willing to travel within the role if requested.

 Salary £40-£45K tax free. 12 hrs/day, 6 day week. Expat package. Accommodation provided.
