House Attendant - Shorebased USA position for US Citizens or Green Card Holders

House Attendant needed for Estate in Beverly Hills. 

A high end private estate is looking for a House Attendant to provide a comprehensive level of service and housekeeping in preparation of, during and after all owner/family and guest visits.

As a member on our team you will…

• Work with the Estate Manager in a hands on role to maintain the cleanliness (inside and outside) and general maintenance of the property including staff areas – by:
• Being proficient in different housekeeping techniques; detail cleaning, turn down service and inventory control.
• Operating, controlling and maintaining maintenance machinery and electrical appliances required for the completion of tasks (vacuum cleaners, linen press, iron, coffee machines etc).
• Being able to lift up to 50lbs with assistance.
• Maintain outdoor furniture (storing, varnishing, polishing, and cleaning) and ensure all .outdoor furniture, cushions; umbrellas are stored correctly to avoid damage from elements.

You will bring this experience and skillsets…

• Previous experience working at a high end estate or in a hospitality setting.
• Strong knowledge of standard cleaning and safe and proper use of cleaning agents.
• Having good interpersonal communication skills with the ability to effectively respond to requests and questions from managers, supervisors and co-workers.
