Faststream are looking to hire an ambitious and bold leader of our Superyacht business, Faststream Yacht Crew (www.faststreamyachtcrew.com) who will propel this business unit forwards and support us to achieve our goal of being the world's number one recruitment provider to Superyachts around the world!

Who we are looking for:

We are looking for a Recruitment Manager who has proven experience as a biller. Why? Simply put, we believe that to manage and lead a team you must be prepared to get stuck in yourself and after all, how can you build a team around you that respect you if you don't prove that you are an exceptional biller yourself?!

So what are we looking for in our leader of Faststream Yacht Crew?

• You must have a track record of being a top biller!
• You must have a 'growth mind-set'. The sky is the limit for this team and desire to GROW GROW GROW is essential!
• You will have proven people management experience and be a confident and authentic leader.
• You will have experience owning and delivering team sales targets and smashing them!
• Willingness to travel the world to meet and greet Superyachts and crew across the globe.
• A background or understanding of the Superyacht industry would be a huge advantage

You will earn a salary of between £25,000-£35,000 (DOE) and benefit from earning a generous personal and team commission scheme plus company car, company mobile phone, healthcare provided for you and your family and pension.
