Deckhand 50m Private MY- Pacific Island cruising

Are you an experienced deckhand and water sports guru interested in cruising the South Pacific Islands over the next 2 years?

Do you enjoy diving and surfing and getting off the beaten track?

A high profile 50m private MY has a rare opening for an experienced deckhand to join their professional team.

Joining the yacht on its arrival into Fiji the successful candidate will be involved in all manner of water sports and deck operations.

The successful candidate will be an all rounder waterman/women and be comfortable driving tenders in all weather conditions.

The yacht will based in the South Pacific for the following 2 years and will offer significant sea and bridge time for the successful candidate

Having a good sense of humour and being a part of an energetic team is integral to succeeding in this exciting position

The Ideal Candidate

• 2-3 seasons experience as a deckhand on Superyachts
• STCW & Sea farer medical
• Power Boat level 2 minimum, 200 tonnes or master 5 preferred
• Will be a keen diver or surfer
• Strong watersports focused
• Excellent boat handling skills
• Sound maintenance skills, including painting and repairs
• Good sense of humour
• Enjoys getting off the beaten track

Start Date- Flexible

Salary- $3000 - $3500 US / month + standard MLC benefits and leave entitlements
