2ND ENGINEER - PERMANENT – 50M M/Y (PRIVATE)
SOUTH PACIFIC REGION

YACHT INFORMATION:

A yacht currently in the South Pacific is looking for a permanent 2nd Engineer.

They are part of a fleet of yachts and are looking for a young, energetic 2nd Engineer who is wishing to commit to this position for several years.

The yacht goes to some unique destinations and is currently in Papua New Guinea.

Yacht info that hopefully gets you excited - MTU 4000 M60 x4 (5000kW+) & Volvo 120kW x3

ITINERARY: South Pacific

QUALIFICATIONS: Y4/MEOL, STCW10 + ENG1

START DATE: ASAP

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Permanent. Holidays (28 days per year)

SALARY: MEOL ($4,000USD) Y4 ($6,000USD) DOE. Discussed during interview

REQUIREMENTS: Water sports orientated/Active

Minimum 2 years’ experience as a 2nd or 3rd Engineer on 50m+ yachts

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

All applicants must hold a valid ENG1 certificate to be able to apply for this position.

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
