Recruitment Resourcer (Internal) - London Bridge - Silver Swan

We are a fun, social office based in London Bridge looking to recruit our 5th member of staff to come and support our consultants. We work hard and play harder and we all love what we do. We’re definitely not your standard recruitment office!

As a resourcer, you will partner closely with our consultants providing them with expert screening, vetting and support on the full range of recruitment activities to ensure a competitive advantage through the selection and hiring process.

Start Date – ASAP

Contract – temporary initially with the potential to become permanent over time

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Screening all incoming CV’s
• Conducting initial telephone screenings
• Booking in registrations on behalf of consultants
• Managing multiple diaries
• Managing a portfolio of current available candidates
• Supporting consultants with referencing of candidates
• Managing of multiple job boards
• Shortlisting via Linked In and Indeed
• General office administration

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• previous chalet, yacht or industry experience is desirable
• previous office experience is desirable
• computer literate
• good telephone manner
• able to multi-task and work to a quick pace
• Driven, enthusiastic, passionate – personality is key, the rest can be trained!
