Do you hold divemaster qualifications and looking to join a terrific crew?
An extremely well run private MY is on the search for an all-round waterman/women to join their exciting cruising schedule.
The yacht will be heading down the west coast of the states, Mexico, through the canal and continuing for the tail end of the Caribbean season. The yacht will then cross to the Med and cruise the Greek islands, with a possibility of continuing East for some off the beaten track cruising
The deckhand/divemaster will be looking to take on a leadership role, responsible for the exterior maintenance of the yacht and owning the majority of the watersports department and care of equipment
The yacht has completed 2 circumnavigations in the last 8 years and the crew enjoy an adventurous and active lifestyle in the various locations which they visit
The successful candidate will look after the tender & do most of the tender driving.
Part of this position will involve receiving training and mentoring by the experienced 1st officer and would suit a deckhand looking to step up in seniority in time
The Ideal Candidate
- Above all will be enthusiastic with a positive attitude towards yachting
- Relevant divemaster or dive instructor qualifications
- Be an all-round waterman/women
- Excellent tender driving skills
- Will be extremely hands-on and energetic
- Looking for career progression
- STCW, ENG 1, B1/B2 (preferred)
- Power Boat level 2 or higher
- Available for an immediate start (within 1-2 weeks)
Start Date: ASAP
Salary: $3500 -$4000 US / Month + MLC benefits + flights

Work Experience Requirements:
