Job Description

Seeking a First Mate for High Performance 150' Sailing Yacht currently cruising in the Pacific. The successful candidate needs to be well presented and display a competent sailing background. This is a great opportunity to join a world cruising yacht with owners that have a passion for sailing and exploring new destinations.

Applicants should display a 'Can-Do' team orientated attitude and appreciate the unique opportunity of working on a yacht such as this. You should be competent in navigation, bridge watches, working independently and multi tasking. Your responsibilities shall include all deck maintenance, cleanliness, tender operations and also also assisting with mooring, berthing and anchoring - applicants must be able to demonstrate knowledge of these requirements and the responsibilities working on a yacht of this size.

Qualifications Required

Minimum requirements are Yacht master, STCW2010 & ENG 1, we also require that candidates have minimum 4 years yachting industry experience and proven longevity in previous employment.
