We are currently working with a 50m+ private MY to recruit a Bosun.

The Yacht:

  • 50m+
  • Private & Charter
  • Dual Season

The Role:

  • Bosun
  • Reporting to Captain & Chief Officer
  • Managing deck maintenance
  • Running a team of 3
  • Overseeing waterposrts & tender operations

The Person:

  • Experience in rank on 40m+ vessels
  • Charter experience preferable
  • 5+ years within yachting
  • Highly confident in deck/tender/Watersports operations
  • Experience in a leadership position
  • Skilled with hands on maintenance

Salary: €DOE
Leave: MLC Contract
Start: ASAP

The terms on offer and itinerary are subject to change given the current status of the vessel - long term position on offer.

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht or a Cruise Ship.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

All applicants must hold a valid ENG1 certificate to be able to apply for this position.

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
