House Manager – Melbourne Based- $100,000 / Year

A high-profile individual is on the search for an experienced house manager to oversee the running of his estate in Melbourne.

Open to both male and female candidates the ideal candidate will have a background in either estate management or chief stew experience on large superyachts.

The House manager will be responsible for the overall management of the residence, managing a small residence team, external contractors and overseeing small renovation projects in the House.

The House Manager will also be responsible for the assets of the house including Cars, fine art, furniture and wine

The position is a live out role and the successful candidate must have their own accommodation in Melbourne.

 The position will be predominantly Monday – Friday, with a start time at 1pm – 9pm finish

The Successful Candidate

• Experience in Estate Management or Chief stew experience on large Superyachts
• Strong service and front of house skills
• Good management and communication skills
• Project management experience
• Ability to coordinate a small team
• Experience with fine art and wine
• Clean drivers licence
• Highly presentable and organised
• Manage budgets successfully

Salary: $100,000 AUD / year (on experience)

Start Date: Early/Mid-January 2018
