55M M.Y. Requires an Executive Assistant / Chief Stewardess (50/50)

This is a very exciting role for the right applicant.  It will involve working closely with the owner and supporting him as his personal assistant.

You would be part of a great yachting team.

This position is shore based in Europe and will involve working from your home for the EA role and on the yacht for the Chief Stewardess role

STCW, ENG 1 are essential as well as prior experience as a PA and Chief Stewardess.
You will be organised, work to deadline and have prior accounts experience and will be confident and experienced in  booking travel, arranging visas, meetings and taking minutes and assist the Yacht Manager in the yard with budgets, purchasing , work schedules and producing procedures, you will have prior experience ashore in a  PA/business support role and or have worked in a shipyard / purser duties
A business degree would be an advantage, however not necessary.

Chief Stewardess experience of housekeeping, service and interior , confident and experienced in running an interior to a  high standard

Presentable, team player with a positive attitude you will be looking at this role as a long term career opportunity.

You must be confident with computer packages and an accounts knowledge would be a bonus

The salary is upto Euro 6,000 dependent on experience and qualifications with flexible working location (i.e. home + vessel based)

No rotation is offered for this role.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

All applicants must hold a valid ENG1 certificate to be able to apply for this position.

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
