Nurse / Stewardess for private world travelling 90-m M/Y (NNNM)

  • Dual role for a registered nurse with yachting experience!

We are looking for an experienced registered Nurse for this exciting dual position where you will be able to fulfil the medical needs of guests and crew as well as provide a 6-star service in Service and Housekeeping as well.
This role is for a nurse with impeccable appearance and personal presentation. You will be providing all the onboard medical care therefore a minimum two years’ experience in post registration; emergency, travel and/or dive medicine experience will be a great advantage.

Qualifications & Attributes sought:

  • Must have a current “Registered Nurse” certificate.
  • Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience post registration; emergency, travel and/or dive medicine experience preferred.
  • Must be comfortable working in a remote nursing environment without the hands on support of a nursing team.
  • 1 year progressive hospitality experience preferably in Private Households, 4 to 5 -Star hotels and / or restaurants, luxury cruise liners or upscale resort properties OR 6 months to 1 year experience onboard Mega Yachts.
  • Familiarity with different House Keeping techniques, this may include: detail cleaning procedures, turn down services, knowledge of laundry operation and inventory control
  • Valid STCW, ENG1 and US Visa (B1/B2) required.
  • We consider clinical training and certifications important to maintain the skills to perform this job. As such we are including paid time for your continuing education or for your clinical hours worked as follows:
  • Essentially a 3:3 rotation. Of the three months off, one month would be leave with full pay. The other two months would be reimbursed at ½ time given that they are using the time to maintain their certifications and credential.

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht or a Cruise Ship.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

All applicants must hold a valid ENG1 certificate to be able to apply for this position.

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
