Nanny for 7 month old baby

Period: 15th June - 1st November 2017

Salary: £1,000 per month on a self employed basis. Accommodation, food & transport provided.

Duties: Looking after our baby in all aspects including at night. She will be 7 months old. Also to be in charge of the laundry. NO OTHER CLEANING DUTIES required aside from any mess obviously associated with the baby. May be needed to assist with light deck duties such as mooring up.

Requirements: Female, fluent English speaker, previous childcare experience (preferably infant), excellent references. Not prone to seasickness essential. Must be fun and have an excellent sense of humour.

Preferences: Under 35. Evidence of being a team player. Any knowledge of Mediterranean ports and places a bonus.

Location & voyage: Starting in Southampton, sailing to the Med and around the Riviera. Likely end destination North West Italy.

About Us: We are not normal superyacht owners! We are a crew of 5 in our 20s who have been renovating the yacht from a sorry state. The 4 months, for us, will be an expedition of travel and adventure. 2 of us are experienced Mariners with MCA tickets, the other 3 are an engineer, nurse & deckhand. Myself & Jon, my husband, are the owners, in charge of the project and have a lot of experience at sea. The idea behind getting a Nanny is to allow us to be able to get as much as possible from this amazing experience but really want to find the right person to join our group, become one of the crew and have a very enjoyable summer with us.
