Master Mariner – Yacht    

WRS Tech has the pleasure to be working a prestigious vessel owner and due to continued demand they are looking for Master Mariner to join their prestigious company.

This is a temporary relief role to cover rotation through until 22nd December. 

In this role you will be involved in the following:

  • Full Direction and management of the vessel 
  • Providing Management support and development for Junior Officers.
  • Support in overseeing vessel operational issues and schedules.
  • Support in all compliance matters
  • Ensure all documentation and records are well maintained 

To be successful in the role you will need to posses the following:

  • You will need to hold a Class 1 Master Mariner Unlimited
  • Proven Command Time 
  • Strong understanding of watch keeping and relevant bridge systems 
  • Must be able to work as a team and on own.
  • Quality and customer focused

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht.

Certificates and Qualifications:

All applicants must hold a valid ENG1 certificate to be able to apply for this position.

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
