We are looking for a Purser/Interior manager for a new 120m mega yacht.

Professional qualifications 2-5years experience on large Superyachts in the role of Purser highly beneficial Revalidated Basic STCW Valid ENG1 medical Crowd and Crisis Management

Job Description:

Purser / Interior Manager

• Purser/Interior Manager is responsible to Captain and is in charge for All Guest services including, but not limited to, overall operation of Interior department, itineraries, guest activities and travel planning
• Purser/Interior Manager is responsible for supervising and guiding Service, Housekeeping, Galley and Laundry department and therefore Chief Steward, Head Housekeeper, Executive Chef and Head Laundryman are working directly under his/her supervision to comply with Owner' s, Guests', charterers', and finally officer and crew preferences and needs
• Purser/Interior Manager is also responsible for assisting Captain with all Crew and Vessel administration
• Purser/Interior Manger duties encompass efficient management of all on board domestic operations : budgeting, purchasing and keeping up to date all inventories related to Interior department- Implementing and maintaining constant training for all Interior department team members
• During the Warranty and Refit periods Purser/Interior Manger is responsible for planning, organizing and supervising all jobs carried on within Interior department, and should work in unison with Chief Engineer and Chief Officer to reach set goals
• As a senior officer on board, Purser/Interior Manger is expected to set an example by showing willing attitude towards interdepartmental help both during on and off cruise periods
• Strong leadership and management skill to run an interior department of 24persons.
• Purser/Interior Manager will be assigned tasks as per Muster list, and should be involved with motivation of Interior Crew in Safety awareness and Risk assessments
