Position description

Large Private Yacht needs a Sous Chef . The position is in charge of a 3-4 staff, stock,orders, menu implementation, team management, cooking for 30 crew and guests.

Position requirements

  • The candidate will preferably have a minimum of 5 years experience in previous gastronomic restaurants well-recognized hotel or similar high class establishment together with previous Luxury Yacht or small cruise ship experience cooking for guests and crew.
  • with extensive knowledge of variety of cuisines Mediterranean, Asian,sushi, French.
  • STCW certification along and valid.
  • ENG1 medical is essential.

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht or a Cruise Ship.

Certificates and Qualifications:

All applicants must hold a valid ENG1 certificate to be able to apply for this position.

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
