We are seeking an friendly, organised and efficient Head of Housekeeping for a busy 100m+ M/Y that does both charter and private. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced head of housekeeping to move onto a bigger yacht or a senior housekeeper with experience on similar sized yachts to set up. The ideal candidate will be very organised, with excellent attention to detail and a good leader and trainer, able to keep a happy, professional atmosphere within the interior team. Someone who leads by example and has excellent knowledge of all aspects of the interior.

We are looking for someone who holds the following:

  • Food Hygiene Level 2, STCW, ENG1 and any interior training qualifications would be advantageous
  • 4+ years in the industry, with experience on similar sized vessels in the position as Head of Housekeeping or a Senior Housekeeper
  • Proven leadership and training skills, very organised with longevity within the industry
  • Charter experience

Salary: €3750 DOE + Charter Tips
Holiday: 60 days per year + 2 return flights home
Shared cabin

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht or a Cruise Ship.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

All applicants must hold a valid ENG1 certificate to be able to apply for this position.

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
