About This role

Chief Officer - Private 100m+ M/Y

Start date: 25th January 2027

Location: Europe / Northern Red Sea

Package: Salary in Euros - 176 days leave (2:2)

Experience and attributes required:

  • 3 years’ experience on 90m+ motor yacht as Chief Officer.
  • Minimum 8 years’ experience at sea on commercial ships or yachts (including cadetships)
  • Yacht refit or new build experience
  • Honesty, integrity and accountability.
  • Someone who leads by example, is decisive and fair.
  • Highly organised and detail orientated.
  • Adaptable and open to new ideas.
  • Maintains high personal standards.

Qualifications required:

  • Master Unlimited, SSO, Medical Care
  • Helicopter Landing Officer (preferred)
  • STCW (fully updated) Including new modules
  • Seafarer’s Medical Certificate valid for at least 6 months
  • Seaman’s Discharge Book
  • Schengen visa

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht or a Cruise Ship.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
