2nd Stew 70m+ MY

An opportunity for an experienced 2nd Stewardess to join a 70m+ private, dual-season motor yacht, currently operating in the Caribbean. This role would suit a confident leader with strong service skills who can take charge of the floor, support the Chief Stewardess and lead the Interior team day to day.

The role:

• Lead service operations, both alongside the Chief Stewardess and independently
• Be confident in a guest-facing role and lead the team during meal services
• Communicate effectively with both the Interior team and Galley
• Provide day-to-day leadership, guidance and support to junior crew
• Train and mentor junior members of the team
• Support the Chief Stewardess with the wider running of the Interior department
• Maintain a well-rounded understanding of all Interior operations, including housekeeping, laundry, inventories, uniform management and provisioning
• Take initiative and communicate effectively across the department
• Start date: ASAP

What we're looking for:

• Previous experience in a senior Interior position, with proven leadership responsibilities
• Strong service knowledge and experience, with the confidence to run service independently
• Comfortable leading a team and taking responsibility for day-to-day operations
• Well-rounded Interior knowledge, including housekeeping and laundry
• Organised, proactive and confident in making decisions
• Positive, enthusiastic and bubbly personality
• Can-do attitude and a strong team player
• Valid B1/B2 visa in hand
