An exciting opportunity is available for an accomplished Chief Stewardess to take charge of the interior aboard a 50m private motor yacht, commencing at the end of November. Operating an established world-cruising programme, this vessel offers the chance to combine a senior interior role with an exceptional itinerary through some of the Pacific's most spectacular and less-visited destinations. The successful candidate will join a crew who enjoy an active lifestyle outside of their working responsibilities, with opportunities for diving, fishing and exploring remote locations. The programme is looking for someone who is naturally proactive, takes pride in delivering an outstanding onboard experience and can confidently oversee the day-to-day running of a professional interior department.

The Ideal Candidate
• Experience working as Chief Stewardess on a comparable-sized yacht
• Proven ability to lead, develop and coordinate an interior team
• Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail
• Strong service delivery and housekeeping capabilities
• Professional, approachable and able to adapt to changing circumstances
• A genuine interest in travel, adventure and an active outdoor lifestyle
• Diving experience would be advantageous

Life Onboard & Itinerary
This is a well-established private yacht programme with a stable crew environment and a strong emphasis on making the most of its destinations. The forthcoming itinerary includes: Australia | Papua New Guinea | Palau | Solomon Islands | Fiji | French Polynesia. Expect plenty of remote island destinations and opportunities to experience places well beyond the usual cruising routes.

Employment Package
• Commencement: End of November
• Salary: USD $7,500–$8,000 per month DOE
• Annual Leave: 44 days
• Flight Allowance: USD $2,000 annually
• Medical: Full medical insurance provided
