• $105,000 AUD per year including super

• Start: 28 November (handover with outgoing Chief Stewardess)

An excellent opportunity has become available for an experienced Stewardess to join a fun, professional and well-established Australian charter / private yacht program. The 38m motor yacht operates a seasonal east coast itinerary, travelling between Port Douglas, the Whitsundays, the Gold Coast and Sydney. Predominantly private use, with occasional charters, the vessel offers a varied program with plenty of downtime between guest trips. The Chief Stewardess will manage a full-time Second Stewardess, along with occasional casual interior support. Strong leadership skills are essential, with the ability to lead by example, maintain high standards and foster a positive onboard team environment. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, organised and takes pride in maintaining an exceptional level of service and presentation, even during quieter periods. Will consider first time chief stews stepping up into the role.

The Ideal Candidate

• Proven senior stewardess experience on superyachts
• Previous international experience in Europe or the US preferred
• High standards of service, presentation and guest interaction
• Exceptional eye for detail
• Confident managing and mentoring a small interior team
• Comfortable catering to a diverse range of private and charter guests
• Mature, grounded and approachable personality
• Friendly, hands-on management style
• STCW and valid Seafarer Medical
• Australian / New Zealand working rights
• Currently based in Australia or New Zealand and available for trials

Start Date: 28 November, with a handover from the outgoing Chief Stewardess. Salary: $105,000 AUD per annum including super, plus standard Australian leave entitlements.
