Join a traveling entourage in the world of private service! A private family based in St. Petersburg, Florida is looking for a polished, easygoing hospitality professional to join their small, close-knit team. This is an entry-level role, perfect for someone with a foodservice, hotel, yacht or private club background who wants to build a long-term career working in private homes and estates.

What is private estate work?
Instead of serving guests in a hotel, restaurant or on a yacht, you’ll bring that same five-star hospitality into a family’s private homes. The family has residences in St. Petersburg, London and Malta, and you’ll help keep each one beautifully presented, comfortable and ready for the family and their guests, whether at home or traveling.

What you’ll do:

Light daily cleaning, tidying and evening turndowns to keep the homes immaculate and guest-ready
Care for fine finishes, silver, glassware and china
Help set the table, serve meals and support the private chef when needed
Assist the family with day-to-day personal tasks and errands
Pack, unpack and prepare residences ahead of the family’s arrivals
Detail and care for vehicles (detailing and housekeeping experience are a plus)
Travel with the family to London, Malta and beyond

Who we’re looking for:

Any type of hospitality background is welcome: yacht crew, hotels, private clubs, golf clubs, restaurants, cruise lines and more
Polished, warm, easygoing and great at reading the room
Detail-oriented with a no-task-too-small attitude
Active, fit and comfortable with a hands-on, on-your-feet role
Discreet and respectful of privacy
Excited to travel and grow within private service
