Deckhand / Divemaster - 80m+ Private Motor Yacht

We are seeking a motivated Deckhand / Divemaster to join a professional yacht programme. This role is ideally suited to a candidate with 1-2 years of yachting experience, or someone who has completed an exceptionally busy dual season and is looking to continue progressing within the industry.

Candidate Requirements

  • Qualified Divemaster certification.
  • 1-2 years of yachting experience, or equivalent experience gained during a busy first season.
  • Navigational Watch Rating Certificate (NWRC) preferred.
  • Candidates without an NWRC should have sufficient sea time and supporting testimonials to be close to obtaining the qualification.
  • Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
  • An interest or background in fishing would be highly advantageous.
  • Ideally B1B2 in hand.

Package

  • €3,500 per month.
  • 3:1 rotation.

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
