About This role

Temporary Sole Engineer – 30m+ Private/Charter M/Y

Hill Robinson are excited to present an opportunity for Temporary Sole Engineer to join a 30m+ Motor Yacht. The yacht runs a Private/Charter program and single season/med based itinerary.

Start: Immediate
Location: Italy
Itinerary: Mediterranean
Temporary – 1 week

Experience/Skills required:

  • 2 years’ experience as a Sole Engineer on yachts 30m+
  • Proactive & problem-solving approach
  • Dynamic, energetic, with a positive attitude
  • Charter experience a plus
  • Team player who is willing to assist in other departments as needed

Qualifications required:

  • Y3 – Minimum
  • STCW (fully updated)
  • Seafarer’s Medical Certificate
  • Seaman’s Discharge Book

Candidates should meet the listed criteria before applying.

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht or a Cruise Ship.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
