SECOND STEWARDESS WANTED | 47M NEW BUILD | PRIVATE/CHARTER

We are recruiting for an experienced Second Stewardess to join a brand new 47m private/charter yacht.

The vessel is looking for a strong, capable, and well-rounded Second Stew who is confident in both service and housekeeping, with the ability to guide, train, and support two junior stewardesses.

The ideal candidate will be adaptable, organized, and proactive, with excellent attention to detail and the confidence to take initiative. We are looking for someone who leads by example, works well under pressure, and is happy to get involved wherever needed.

Requirements / Ideal Experience:

• Previous Second Stewardess experience preferred

• Strong service skills essential

• Excellent housekeeping knowledge and high interior standards

• Confident guiding, training, and delegating to two junior stewardesses

• Previous charter experience highly advantageous

• Adaptable, capable, and able to think on their feet

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Hard-working, proactive, and hands-on

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Positive, approachable, and professional attitude

• Comfortable supporting the Chief Stew in running a smooth and efficient interior department

• Must hold a valid Schengen visa or have the right to travel within the Schengen Area

• Must hold a valid B1/B2 visa or be a US Green Card holder

This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident and experienced Second Stewardess to join a brand new private/charter program from the beginning, help establish strong interior standards, and play an important role in developing the junior team.
