A very busy 90m+ private/charter motor yacht is seeking an Experienced Housekeeper to join the Interior team ahead of a crossing. This is a hands-on role within a close-knit team, with responsibility for maintaining high housekeeping standards and covering the Head of Housekeeping during her leave.

The role:

  • Start date: 21st November 2026
  • Join ahead of a crossing and be ready to hit the ground running
  • Maintain high housekeeping standards across guest cabins and interior spaces
  • Cover the Head of Housekeeping during her leave, approximately three months of the year
  • Work closely with the wider Interior team in a collaborative, hands-on environment
  • Support the team throughout busy private and charter operations

What we're looking for:

  • Solid three seasons housekeeping experience within the superyacht industry
  • Experience on 60–90m yachts preferred
  • Confident taking responsibility and covering the Head of Housekeeping
  • Detail-oriented, organised and proactive
  • A team player who enjoys working collaboratively within a small, integrated Interior team
  • B1/B2 and Schengen visas preferred
  • All relevant visas in hand and all certificates and passport valid through at least May 2027
  • STCW certification must include the Prevention and Response to Violence and Harassment training add-on

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

All applicants must hold a valid ENG1 certificate to be able to apply for this position.

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
