60m+ Private/Charter Motor Yacht

We’re looking for an experienced, confident and mature Lead Deckhand to join a 60m+ private and light charter sailing yacht operating a dual-season itinerary.

The vessel has genuinely lovely owners and will be crossing to the Caribbean at the end of November.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous sailing yacht experience - essential
  • Yachtmaster - essential
  • Strong tender-driving skills
  • Experience with a variety of watersports
  • Diving experience would be a bonus
  • A valid B1/B2 visa is essential due to the vessel’s itinerary

Package on offer:

  • Start date: Mid to late November
  • Leave: 40 days
  • Salary: €4,000 DOE

Please note: this position is open to Male candidates only due to cabin arrangements

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
