About This role

Rotational Senior Housekeeper – Private 100m+ Passenger Vessel

This is a passenger vessel that runs privately. The vessel applies high-profile yachting standards.

Start date: 4th January 2027
Location: Northern Red Sea, Europe
Package: Salary in Euros – leave 114 paid days (4/2)

Experience and attributes required:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience working onboard 80+ metre vessel, either cruise ship or yacht.
  • Proven experience managing and leading a team.
  • Experience working with colleagues from diverse nationalities and cultural backgrounds.
  • Strong skills in supervising staff and planning, organising, and coordinating day-to-day housekeeping duties.
  • Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and guest service.
  • Calm and effective under pressure.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing operational requirements.

Qualifications required:

  • STCW (fully updated) with PDSD
  • Crowd Management
  • Crisis Management & Human Behaviour
  • Seafarer’s Medical Certificate valid for at least 6 months
  • Seaman’s Discharge Book

Candidates should ensure they meet all the criteria listed.

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht or a Cruise Ship.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
