90m+ busy private MY seeking an experienced Lead Service professional to join from 18th November. The role is equally split between Lead Service and Lead Housekeeper, with responsibility for overseeing the full interior.

The role:

  • Oversee service and housekeeping with the support of the Lead Housekeeper
  • Lead, motivate and mentor the interior team
  • Manage budgets and leave schedules
  • Oversee provisioning, procurement, shipyard requirements and contractors
  • Maintain high standards of service, including cocktails and wine

What we're looking for:

  • Previous Lead Service / Head of Service experience on an 80m+ yacht
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Understanding of budgets, leave schedules and procurement
  • Confident cocktail and wine knowledge
  • WSET certification a plus
  • Strong leadership and hands-on team mentoring skills
  • Excellent planning and coordination abilities

What's on offer:

  • Salary: $7,000 USD per month
  • 2:2 rotation
  • Start date: 18th November

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

All applicants must hold a valid ENG1 certificate to be able to apply for this position.

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
