The Role
As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll use your knowledge of the superyacht industry and life on board to connect talented professionals with exciting opportunities across the yachting sector.

You'll be responsible for building relationships with candidates and clients, understanding their recruitment needs, and managing placements from start to finish.

About You
We're looking for someone who brings:

Superyacht experience and a strong understanding of the yachting industry.
A genuine desire to move ashore and develop a long-term career in recruitment.

Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently.
Previous sales experience would be advantageous, but is not essential.
