45m+ Private Sailing Yacht

We are seeking an experienced First Mate to join a 45m+ sailing yacht operating a dual-season cruising program, with the vessel soon heading to the Caribbean.

The ideal candidate will have previous First Mate experience on a similar-sized sailing yacht, with strong navigation and leadership skills, proven rigging expertise and confident sail handling. Regatta experience is highly desirable, alongside a strong work ethic and a commitment to maintaining high standards onboard.

Candidates must hold their OOW 3000 or Yachtmaster Ocean qualification.

Package:

  • Start: ASAP, joining in Spain
  • Salary: €6,500–€7,000 per month
  • Leave: 3.5 days per month
  • Bonus: 13th-month bonus
  • Cabin arrangements: Male candidate required

The vessel has a strong crew onboard and offers the opportunity to join an established team on an exciting program.

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
