An opportunity for an experienced stewardess to join the interior team aboard a 35m private/charter motor yacht operating around Sydney Harbour this summer. Working as part of a close-knit team of two, this is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys variety and is confident managing all aspects of the interior, from maintaining immaculate housekeeping and laundry standards to delivering polished guest service, cocktails and beverage service, and preparing the yacht for charter. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, well organised and happy to roll up their sleeves. You’ll need to be comfortable working autonomously when required, take pride in the details and contribute positively to a small, collaborative crew. The yacht has lovely owners, a super friendly (and fun) crew and an approachable working environment, offering a great opportunity to spend the Australian summer working locally in Sydney. Weekend and public holiday availability is required when the yacht is booked. Flexibility is appreciated, with days in lieu provided where applicable for additional days worked outside the usual roster.

• Able to work independently and contribute effectively within a small interior team
• Current Australian RSA
• Clean driver’s licence, reliable transport and ability to commute to the yacht
• Australian working rights
• Excellent professional references

Candidates should have a CV, availability and references prepared.
