CHIEF STEWARDESS | 50M BUSY CHARTER M/Y

Yacht Crew International is seeking an experienced Chief Stewardess to join a busy 50m charter motor yacht.

The yacht will initially operate between Florida and the Caribbean. The summer itinerary is currently to be confirmed.

The ideal candidate will be a confident leader with strong charter experience, excellent service standards and proven ability to manage a fast-paced interior department. Applicants must be highly organised, hands-on and capable of maintaining exceptional guest service throughout a demanding charter program.

Position Details

• Vessel: 50m Charter M/Y
• Itinerary: Florida and the Caribbean
• Summer itinerary: TBC
• Start date: ASAP
• Salary: $7500
• Leave: 90 days per year

The 90 days of annual leave will be scheduled around the yacht’s operational requirements and charter calendar. This is not a fixed 3:1 rotation.

Requirements

• Previous Chief Stewardess experience on a similar-sized yacht
• Strong charter background essential
• Excellent leadership, service and organisational skills
• Confident managing, training and motivating the interior team
• Strong administrative, provisioning and inventory-management skills
• Proven longevity and excellent references
• Valid STCW, ENG1 and appropriate visas for the itinerary
