BOSUN WANTED | 47M NEW BUILD | PRIVATE/CHARTER

We are recruiting for an experienced Bosun to join a brand new 47m private/charter yacht.

This is a dual-season program looking for someone confident, hands-on, and capable of leading the deck team to a high standard from the beginning of the program.

The ideal candidate will have strong deck experience, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to help set up and maintain strong systems onboard a new build. We are looking for someone proactive, organized, professional, and able to lead by example.

Requirements / Ideal Experience:

• Must hold Yachtmaster

• Previous Bosun or strong Lead Deckhand experience preferred

• Experience leading and motivating a deck team

• Confident with tender driving, docking, maintenance, washdowns, guest setups, water sports, and deck operations

• Hard-working, proactive, and hands-on

• Organized, professional, and solutions-focused

• Positive attitude and strong team player

• Must hold all relevant Schengen and B1/B2 visas

• Must be available to join ASAP

Program:47m new build

• Private/charter

• Dual-season yacht

• 38 days leave and 60 days after probationary period.
