EXPERIENCED DECKHAND WANTED | 61M PRIVATE/CHARTER | WEST PALM BEACH

We are recruiting for an Experienced Deckhand to join a 61m private/charter yacht based out of West Palm Beach.

The vessel runs a dual-season program and has great longevity amongst the crew, making this an excellent opportunity for someone looking to join a stable, professional yacht with a strong team onboard.

The ideal candidate will be confident leading other deckhands, organized, hands-on, and able to support the Bosun/Officer team in maintaining high deck standards across both private and charter operations.

Requirements / Ideal Experience:

• Previous deck experience on similar-sized yachts preferred

• Confident leading and motivating other deckhands

• Yachtmaster preferred

• Strong tender driving, washdown, maintenance, docking, guest setup, and water sports experience

• Hard-working, proactive, and reliable

• Positive attitude and strong team player

• Comfortable working in a busy private/charter environment

• Must be available to start end of October
