We are looking for a Deckhand to join a 70m+ private MY operating a busy dual-season Mediterranean and Caribbean program.

The role:

  • Full deckhand position supporting all exterior operations, maintenance, and guest activities.
  • Assist with mooring, anchoring and tender operations.
  • Engage confidently with guests during trips, maintaining high service standards on deck.
  • Busy dual-season private program: Mediterranean summers and Caribbean winters.
  • Start date: around 15th November.

What we're looking for:

  • Must have a minimum of 6–12 months of experience on a yacht, with solid fundamentals and guest exposure.
  • Yachtmaster preferred but not essential.
  • Positive, proactive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and develop.
  • Interest or ability in tennis or padel advantageous (not essential).
  • Male candidates only due to cabin arrangements.

What's on offer:

  • Salary: $3,400 USD.
  • Leave: 3:1 rotation.
  • 13th month bonus (paid bi-annually).
  • February salary review.

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

All applicants must hold a valid ENG1 certificate to be able to apply for this position.

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
