Wilsonhalligan are looking for an In House Legal Counsel, based in Dubai or Monaco.

You will provide legal support across the business, supporting yacht management, yacht brokerage and wider commercial operations. The position will be responsible for contract management, legal documentation, compliance and corporate governance requirements.

Working closely with management, internal departments and external legal advisors to ensure the company's legal interests are protected and matters are managed efficiently. Manage and maintain legal documentation across different jurisdictions, including commercial agreements, employment documentation, cooperate records and operational matters.

Starting as soon as possible.

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
