Deckhand – Private/Charter – 24m M/Y

We are seeking an experienced and capable Deckhand to join a 24m private/charter motor yacht. This is a permanent position for a reliable all-rounder who can work autonomously, take initiative and contribute confidently to all aspects of deck operations and yacht maintenance.

Package: Paid in Euros, permanent contract and 30 days' paid leave per annum

Experience/Skills required:

• Minimum 3 years' experience aboard motor yachts
• Strong all-round deck skills with the ability to work independently
• Confident carrying out exterior maintenance and detailing
• Experience with tender operations, anchoring and mooring procedures
• Proactive, practical and able to identify tasks without constant supervision
• Professional attitude and comfortable working within a small crew
• Candidates holding valid Australian working rights will be given preference

Qualifications required:

• STCW (fully updated)
• Seafarer's Medical Certificate
• Powerboat Level 2 preferred
• Seaman's Discharge Book (preferred)
