60m+ Private Motor Yacht

We are seeking an experienced Bosun to join a well-established 60m+ private motor yacht with previous world-cruising experience and a strong focus on crew development.

The yacht is currently in the Mediterranean and will be entering an extensive shipyard period, making this a great opportunity for someone with refit experience who enjoys being hands-on and getting involved in large projects.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Hold a Yachtmaster qualification
  • Be actively working towards their OOW
  • Have previous refit/shipyard experience
  • Diving qualifications would be a bonus
  • Be keen to continue developing their skills and take on additional responsibility

The vessel places a strong emphasis on training and progression, with mentoring available from senior crew, alongside a training allowance and bonus structure.

With a well-established team onboard and owners who value their crew, the yacht is looking for someone who is keen to commit for the long term and become part of the team.

Package:

  • Start: 9th October
  • Salary: €4500 DOE
  • Leave: TBC

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
