We are seeking a confident and experienced Rotational Chief Stewardess to join a busy 80m private vessel and lead an interior team of 7. This is a dual-season program with Mediterranean and Caribbean cruising, followed by a European yard period in early 2027.

The role:

  • Start date: last week of October 2026
  • Rotation: 2:2
  • Lead and manage an interior team of 7
  • Busy private program across the Mediterranean and Caribbean
  • European yard period planned for early 2027
  • Work with a great Captain and lovely owners

What we’re looking for:

  • Minimum 7 years’ yachting experience
  • At least 2 years’ experience as Chief Stewardess on a busy 65m+ vessel
  • Strong leadership skills with a focus on clear communication, compassion and team cohesion
  • Confident managing a busy interior and supporting a positive team dynamic

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

All applicants must hold a valid ENG1 certificate to be able to apply for this position.

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
