Hodgson Marine is recruiting a Deckhand to join a 60m sailing yacht in Florida from mid-October.
Experience on a comparable-sized sailing yacht is essential. We are seeking someone with at least one to two years' relevant experience who is familiar with captive winches and large-yacht sailing gear. Candidates should also have:

• Confident tender-driving skills, including carrying guests
• A valid B1/B2 visa or US work eligibility
• A professional attitude and the ability to fit well with an established crew
• A genuine desire to learn, grow and progress within the yacht's programme
• Availability to join in Florida in mid-October

Package: US$4,500 per month, depending on experience; four months on/two months off; economy flights between the vessel and the crew member's country of residence.

This is a generous package focused on finding the right sailor for the programme. Candidates must meet the essential sailing experience and visa requirements. Suitable referrals and shares within the sailing-yacht community are welcome.
